Arrow of positive energy strike the target, damaging the creature for 1d8 + Cha modifier points of damage. Undead take 4d8 + Cha modifier.

Yell:
As raise dead but the spell must be cast within one minute of the creatures death. The negative level gained from raise dead is temporary and fades with 1 full day of bed rest (24 hours). The Spell requires a full round action to cast.

Charm Arrow:
Casting Time: 1 standard action

Range: Medium (100 ft + 10ft per level)
Effect: multiple arrows of light
Area: 20-ft radius
Target: none
Save: Will half;SR: Yes
Foes in the area are struck by arrows of light dealing 4d8 + Cha modifier damage or 8d8 + Cha modifier if they are undead.

Scream:
Casting Time: 1 standard action

Range: Self Effect: heal all allies
Area: 40-ft radius
Target: none
Save: none;SR: Yes
Heal all allies in the area of effect for 50% of their maximum HP (including self). Allies that have a negative hit point total greater than their constitution score also regain hit points and are brought back to life provided that they have died no more than 10 rounds prior.

COST: as a +3 enchancement bonus on a weapon.
